BREAKING THE STRANGLES HOLD

British Riding Clubs have joined with the Animal Health Trust to launch an international campaign to raise awareness of Strangles.  As part of the fund raising activities they have launched a 2009 calendar, A Passion for Horses, featuring artwork by Marie Bushill together with photos of some top equestrian personalities including the Princess Royal, Lester Piggott and William Fox-Pitt.  The cost is £9.99 plus £1.50 postage and can be ordered from their website, www.strangles.org  All proceeds go to the Breaking the Strangles Hold campaign.
