Shows and events

We will be holding monthly show during 2009 starting on 8 March with a Show Jumping competition, alternating between show jumping and dressage competitions monthly.  Each will culmunate with a Championship Show during October.

Tadley and District Riding Club Championships

All of our dressage competitions are qualifiers for the TDRC Championships, to be held at our October show annually. The 1st and 2nd placed competitors in each class will be eligible to enter the Championship show at the level they have qualified at. If either 1st or 2nd placed competitors have already qualified, then we will award the qualification to the next highest placed unqualified competitor providing they score at least 60%. There will be prize money awarded at the Championships for both Prelim and Novice. Any competitior who qualifies for all 3 Championship classes can only contest the highest 2 classes for which they have qualified - i.e. they will contest the Novice and Elementary level championships.

Tadley and District Riding Club Accumulator

Any member placed 1st to 6th in any test will be awarded points which goes towards the Dressage Accumulator Cup. This will be presented at our AGM in November. We had a tie for 1st place in 2008 between Alex Dixon on Too Good For The Kids and Amanda Taplin on Ella.  Well done to all members who finished in the points!
